Dr. Alisha Armstrong
DNP, NP-BC-APRN-CANS | Owner & Medical Injector, Premier Medical Aesthetics
Dr. Alisha Armstrong earned her Master’s degree at Vanderbilt University in 2008, where she worked as the Trauma Team Coordinator at Vanderbilt Children’s hospital before relocating back home to Chattanooga, TN. In 2013, she earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from UT Chattanooga. Dr. Armstrong has experience in adult surgical internsive care, adult and pediatric emergency/trauma, pediatric intensive care and neonatal intensive care, as well as the field of aesthetic medicine. After training with some of the top aesthetic injectors in the country, she decided to open Premier Medical Aesthetics. Dr. Armstrong is not only passionate about providing quality aesthetic procedures and care, but also doing so in an environment that is welcoming and fun for every person that enters the door. Her goal is to help every client she encounters feel safe while they are in her care, and beautiful and confident when they leave.
In 2019, Alisha completed her training and board certification to be a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, making her the first CANS nurse in the Chattanooga area. She has completed multiple cadaver labs, including Dr. Chris Surek’s Intensive Advanced Injection Academy lab in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is a national trainer for both Revance Aesthetics and Prollenium, which allows her to travel all over the country teaching other health care professionals her injection expertise.
Alisha is a proud 1999 Baylor School graduate, and is a former Miss Chattanooga & Miss Hamilton County. She is the wife of Ryan Armstrong and mother to Canon & Cruz.
Dr. Arthur J. VonWerssowetz
MD, BA, FACS | Premier Medical Aesthetics Medical Advisor & Medical Injector
Dr. VonWerssowetz was born into a medical family and knew from an early age that he would follow in medicine. He received his BA degree at UT-Chattanooga & his MD from UT Memphis-Medical Center. He returned to UT-Erlanger Medical Center for his graduate training. After graduations, he completed his residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Upon completion of this many years of training, he & fellow resident, Dr. James Eyssen, founded Associates in Plastic Surgery. Dr. VonWerssowetz served as President of the practice until 2015. He is Board Certified in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Aesthetic Surgery.
With his 40 years of plastic surgery, Dr. VonWerssowetz’s love and focus was on cosmetic procedures — and especially treatment of facial aging. Through the years, he developed a strong reputation for excellent surgical and artistic results. With his friendly and humorous personality, he has always enjoyed his patients and sharing his talents to help them.
Jessica Archer
Licensed Aesthetician | Skincare & Anti-Aging
Jessica Archer is a licensed aesthetician who specializes in skincare and anti-aging treatments. She graduated from Franklin Academy in Cleveland, Tennessee and has attended advanced aesthetics classes in Atlanta and Nashville. Jessica is certified in microneedling, dermaplaning, advanced chemical peels, and eyelash extensions. When she's not working, you can find her spending time with her daughter, baking, or going on day trips.
Sheena Rowland
Master Stylist
Sheena is a hair guru of the beauty industry and has been a stylist and color specialist for almost 10 years. She has worked as an educator and platform artist for Sexy Hair Concepts and has worked many educational shows in the beauty industry. She has advanced training in the “Structure in Motion System” of cutting and attends training’s yearly. She loves to work with all types of hair and color. Her specialties are corrective color and specialty upstyles. Her goal is to make each and every one of her clients look and feel beautiful.
She is married and has 4 beautiful children.
Stacey Pollom
MSN, FNP-C | Medical Injector
Stacey earned her Master of science at University of Tennessee Chattanooga in 2017 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her experience as a Nurse Practitioner has included Emergency Services, Primary Care, and Women’s health. Her nursing experience includes 5 years of extensive emergency/trauma experience as well as serving as a professor to nursing students at UTC. Stacey began her training in aesthetics in 2018 while residing in California with her husband and it has since been her dream to work alongside Alisha. She has had a multitude of aesthetic trainings including Botox/Dysport, Filler, Sculptra, PRP, Euro-threads, Laser Hair Removal, Morpheus and hands-on cadaver lab training. Stacey whole-heartedly believes we are “fearfully and wonderfully made” and her goal is never to distort or change, but to implement quality aesthetic procedures to create a natural and refreshed look.
Stacey is the wife of Jesse Pollom and mother to Jad and Isla.
Janna Yother
Licensed Aesthetician & Cosmetic Tattoo Artist
Janna earned her Bachelors Degree of Exercise Science from Tennessee Tech University in 2016. After working in the fitness industry for a few years she decided to follow her passion of skincare and good brows and enroll in an aesthetics program. Janna graduated top of her class from Brillare Beauty Institute in 2020 while simultaneously apprenticing as a cosmetic tattoo artist.
Today, Janna is a licensed tattoo artist, medical aesthetician and holds multiple certifications in both categories. Offering a full range of permanent cosmetics, Janna specializes in her signature combination brow and has a strong desire to always stay on top of her game through continuing education.
While in between clients Janna is also running our social media accounts and creating content for Premier! She believes confidence is the most beautiful trait and hopes to help all of her clients feel that way after visiting her treatment room.
